This site is dedicated to all the athletes, coaches, parents, and fans of Little Giant and Sand Otter Swimming and Diving.  Fremont Ross has produced District and State Champions in years past and plan on doing so in the future.  Our athlete's unmatched enthusiasm, our parents devotion and dedication, our fans appreciation, and our new facility will help us achieve our goals.

 

Summer, Spring, Winter, and Fall we'll have complete coverage of our Fremont swimming and diving athletes.  Whether it's USA, summer rec, High School, or Junior High swimming and diving, we'll try to have meet lists and results, records, and pictures of everyone.
